The EzyDog Chest Plate Harness is easy to fit and extremely comfortable, even for heavy pullers.
Many harnesses are incredibly difficult to get on, particularly when your dog is excited about a walk. The Chest Plate Harness is easy to fit, no need to wonder which strap goes where while you are in a hurry. The two easy-snap buckles sit together near the shoulders, improving the ergonomics of the harness and spreading the load more evenly for your pet. The unique moulded chest plate design distributes the pressure evenly across the chest, rather than forming focal pressure-points. The soft padded chest plate moulds to your dog’s unique chest conformation, as though it were individually designed. This, and the adjustable straps that sit in just the correct position, makes it impossible for your dog to wiggle out of the harness.

Many harnesses rub under the arms or on the neck where most of the pressure is applied, causing significant trauma and skin problems. The chest strap is padded, while the nylon straps are soft, yet incredibly durable. The attention to detail in design and materials means this harness will last a lifetime. The stainless steel fittings will not rust or corrode and the buckles will not break at a crucial moment. Stitching is great for night time visibility to enhance safety for your pet. The EzyDog chest plate currently also comes with a seat-belt attachment loop, for pets that travel in the car. If you were to need to stop suddenly, the chest plate would distribute the load evenly, avoiding neck trauma in case of an accident. So if you are looking for quality, innovation and a clever solution to save your dog the discomfort of a lower quality harness, look no further than the EzyDog Chest Plate Harness.
Why Should I Choose EzyDog Chest Plate Harness?
• If your dog is a heavy-puller and you want a harness that evenly distributes pressure. • Your dog has sensitive skin, particularly in the under arm regions, where many harnesses rub. • If you want a harness that is easy to put on. • If your dog is in need of a durable, long-lasting harness.
What size should I get?
There are two measurement points for the harness. Usually if you measure the girth, which is just behind the front legs and up over the back, the neck size will fall into place. The girth should be measured at the widest point, just behind the elbows of your dog. Use a measuring tape or piece of string held against a ruler to identify the correct sizing. If your dog is between sizes, move up a size. Usually toy breeds such as Pomeranians are an extra small, Maltese are size small, a Beagle would be a medium, a Collie would be a large and a Mastiff would be an extra-large.
How do I keep the EzyDog chest plate harness clean?
The nylon from EzyDog is extremely easy to clean and can just be hand washed in warm soapy water and dried out of direct sunlight to reduce sun fading.
How long will my harness last for?
With correct care, your harness should last for as long as you need. Many customers report that they have never had to buy another product after investing in an EzyDog product. This harness is made with quality and durability in mind. That being said, frequent washing, drying and direct sunlight may increase the wear on your harness.
